These Terms govern your access to and use of RR Terminal (rrterminal.com), operated by Ruga Research ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RR Terminal is a research and analytics platform that provides on-chain, macro-liquidity, and quantitative indicators for Bitcoin and crypto markets. We offer a free tier with showcase indicators and a paid PRO subscription with the full set of systems and models.
RR Terminal provides research, data, and measurements for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. All indicators, signals, backtests, and models are hypothetical and for research; past and backtested performance does not guarantee future results. Crypto assets are volatile and carry a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions — consult a licensed professional before investing.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use — one account per person — and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
PRO is billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the price shown at checkout. Where offered, founding pricing is locked for the life of your continuous subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal (Dashboard → account menu → Billing). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly share the content, data, or signals; scrape or bulk-extract the platform; reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct our proprietary models; share or resell your account; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The platform and its indicators, models, methodology, and content are the proprietary property of Ruga Research and are protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the service; it does not transfer any ownership or rights in our intellectual property.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruga Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may modify the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Brazil.
